Your documents, stored on the key.

The dealership supplies each owner's purchase, handover, warranty and service documents. Sterling loads them onto the Dual Key before handover, together with the dealership's digital edition. Everything is held on the device itself, so the owner has their paperwork with them, offline, without needing an account.

Branded to the dealership.

Each key is finished in the dealership's branding, with both USB and USB-C connections so it works with any laptop, tablet or modern phone.

The partner directory, online.

The key also holds the dealership's partner directory, integrated into the device itself, where its carefully selected Strategic Partners are organised in their own section. Each partner is presented with a short introduction and a named contact, so owners can find trusted services (insurance, detailing, finance, travel and more) in one place.

Always current.

The documents on the key stay with the owner. The online partner directory is maintained by Sterling, so it stays up to date without the key needing to be replaced.

Sterling does not collect or hold owners' personal data. Documents are supplied by the dealership and stored on the owner's key.
